This meeting is part of the activities of UNEP OzonAction's Regional Montreal Protocol Network for Europe and Central Asia (ECA network). There will be simultaneous interpretation in English – Russian will be provided.
Besides the invited experts, participants include the Montreal Protocol experts from ECA countries, bilateral partners, partner agencies, secretariats and interested colleagues / experts from other regions.
Following UNEP OzonAction’s welcome and a brief overview of KIP Preparation Projects in ECA network countries and HFC, UNIDO and UNEP will present the HFC survey methodologies offered by them to the countries to be followed by the GIZ representative. Further, based on the requests from the ECA network countries, the virtual meeting will provide the platform for the experience exchange among the ECA countries so that countries could share their own perspective on data collection and analyses.
